Are we willing to persevere in order to win the prize? Take a look at the book of Job. He refused to quit even when he had lost everything including his health and his wealth. He was not only restored but he was better off than he was at the beginning of the story. So, we too can win if we are willing to tenaciously go for it!
Quitters do not win. Just when they give up someone else usually wins they prize that they would have gained. If it were my choice I would hang on and remain firm. Always remain firm with your eyes on the end goal and not your immediate circumstances. Nothing worthwhile is gained without hard work, perseverance and determination.
So, if you are facing difficult times and a bad situation right now, remember to draw on God’s strength and grace to get you through. Start afresh and go for it! All things are possible through Christ who strengthens us.
